According to recent news, it seems the Kardashians will be facing a new competitor for the spotlight — the Markles.
Rumor has it that Meghan Markle’s family is allegedly negotiating the creation of a new TV show with the American entertainment channel Bravo.
The production is planned to be something like the famous Keeping Up with the Kardashians in style, and it could potentially involve the Duchess of Sussex’s half-sister, Samantha Markle.
So far it is known that Samantha was offered a big part in the show, while the producers were actively trying to bring Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle on the small screen too.
Neither Samantha, nor the 74-year-old father of Meghan attended the royal wedding that took place in May, but the two of them were not shy in criticizing the family of Prince Harry.
Just recently, the 53-year-old half-sister of Meghan expressed her concerns that the newly-minted Duchess has not contacted her father at all since the wedding and Thomas was taking her silence really hard.
Samantha even expressed the opinion that it would be really cruel if Meghan did not find the time to see their father during her next visit, as that could break his heart.
Thomas’ health has been suffering due to his daughter’s absence, and he was even on the verge of dying of sadness, according to the controversial sister.
Thomas’ apparent isolation from the royal family comes right after he compared them with the Scientologists and the Stepford family because of their secretiveness.
Meghan’s father raised his voice against the royals on multiple occasions, but so far his daughter has not commented on any of his outbursts.
In the middle of all of this family drama, the former Suits actress can at least count on the full support of her husband, Prince Harry.
Prince William‘s younger brother is even getting blasted now for putting his wife way ahead of his royal duties.
For example, he skipped a hunting gathering not to upset Markle who is an animal activist.
