Donald Trump, the man who juggles the impossible tasks of being the US president, has no problem starting a global trade war, sparring with Elon Musk and Vladimir Putin, and navigating the complexities of his marriage, somehow finds time to unleash his social media fury on Taylor Swift.
However, it is easy to spot the irony in Trump’s latest digital assault on Swift. The pop star became the president’s biggest enemy because, as an American citizen with rights, she used her vote and voice to support Kamala Harris for president.
Since the endorsement, Trump has become the commander in chief of cyberbullying in regards to Swift.
The publication of Swft’s letter advocating for Harris’s presidency led to Trump declaring: “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”
Amidst the chaos of governing a nation and managing global affairs, Trump somehow finds the time to direct his attention toward Taylor Swift.
And in his typical bull in a china shop fashion, he unleashed his all-caps fury on Swift. The absurd, loud, and vile message read: “Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?'”
Fans of Swift say the irony of the statement is that many believe Trump must have realized he is no longer attractive while looking in the mirror and took his frustration out on Swift, who is miles away, living her life, enjoying her boyfriend, and working on her music.
